We have not used yet, but Carl phoned back with in minutes of sending the request advert to Bark. He gave a breakdown of the service ie. (General waste £300, Mattresses £30, Settees £45). Friendly and helpful and reading the reviews for him, we will chose him once we sell and move out our house. I only cancelled the search because we have two others in reserve who contacted me and not being ready for the service for 4 - 6 weeks, I did not want further calls when we have chosen our main clearance provider.
